Yep.. I meant every word of it.. BOWL YOUR BEST. There should be no predicament, because I've told you several times to bowl your best. As much as you'd like to see us win the league, and as much as I'd like to win the league, it wouldn't feel right if you just gave us the win tonight. In fact, I would hate it. It'd feel like stained money if we won the league because you gave us an easy win. They can bowl how they want.. Do I agree with it? No. But I'm not going to agree to something even more unfair. There is still 5 weeks left counting tonight. Tonight doesn't make or break our fate. Even if we win all the games tonight, or lose all the games tonight, we still will have a chance to win the league.

The only thing I want you and Manic to do is -- BOWL your very best tonight... and if you want us to get first, then continue to bowl your very best when you play that team again.. You already beat them before, and you can again. If you beat us tonight, then great! That means you bowled great and I'm happy. It might put us in a tougher position to win the league, but hey, I'll enjoy the challenge. We can still catch them even if we lose tonight.

I don't like that you ever even mentioned the idea... Now if you miss an easy spare, or have a bad game, I'm going to be wondering if you did it on purpose, and I don't like that. So that being said, I trust that you and Manic will bowl your best, and any bad games will be because it was a bad game, and not because you did it on purpose

Bowling like I did today I couldn't barely beat my kids. The lanes were as dry as I have ever seen them. I had my cyclone covering about 30 boards and still coming in Brooklyn. Finally close to the end of the second game stuck my hand dang near straight behind it and was able to get much less hook and a lot more energy going into the pins and was able to salvage a few strikes. I had to pause several times and wait for the camels to cross the lane.

Well.. We ended up winning 4 out of 5 points.. I had a 257, 184 (bleh), 244, 245... Mike had a nice 256 to start, and Joyce had a great 181 a little later! It was fun. Missed 3 single pin spares though... That hurt. They kicked our a$$ the first game but we came back...

Also, AWESOME news!! After we won 4 of 5 and the team that was in first (or so I thought) won 5 games, I figured we were now 2 games back from them... My teammate brought to my attention that the league sheet said we were ahead by 1 game coming into this week.. and I thought that can't be right, because last week when we added it up, we had 2 points and they had 3, so we would have been a game back. We brought this to the attention of the manager, and apparently, when the team we played entered in the sub last week, they didn't do it correctly (by accident I assume), and thus we didn't get the extra 10 pins of handicap. So WE actually won 3 out of 5 last week against them and were 1 game ahead of them coming into tonight. That being said, they won all 5, tonight, so we are back to being tied with 4 weeks left. That's a whole lot better than being 2 games back though!

The guy used to travel with the pro’s, and drill for them, and he was a pro himself! I was impressed with his knowledge! We shall see!!

Something I have been working on! Just before The Dude starts to throw his ball I can now send through the air at the back of his head, 3 inches above C-5, what can only be described as a non-liquid-mind-freeze!! Hit causes a bowlers eyes to roll back in their sockets, thus missing their mark!!

What a day!!!

Bowled with Mike, and Ursus came to bowl with us today.. Very nice guy, we had a good time..

The first game today, I had the first 11 strikes, threw a perfect ball on the 12th one, and BOOM! RINGING 10!! A 299. Deflating.

Next game, I had the first 8 strikes, went a little high, and left a wobbling 4 pin! shot a 277.

The third game, had all strikes and 2 splits (opens), for a 228.

So I shot an 804 series! All using my DV8 Too Reckless. My first one ever, even though it was in practice. I hope to do it in league soon.

Game 4 had a 210.

Game 5, I switched to the Vivid and was searching for a line. I shot a 201. (funny story coming up about this game in a minute, Bill, you will be happy!).

Then... in game 6 today... I had the first 6... the first 8... the first 9... the open bowlers and workers gathered behind to watch me try to complete it this time (The one I had a couple weeks ago, there was only 2 or 3 people watching, this time at least 10 or 15..) Third time is the charm right!?

The worst part is Ursus left right before this game started!!

I'm thinking about doing a 6 game tournament tomorrow. If I shoot as well as I did today, I'm fairly certain I'll finish 1st or 2nd. So I hope I can do this again tomorrow.

We bowled 3 more after those 6, and games 7,8, and 9 were a 237, 235, 219... Definitely the best day I've ever had bowling...



So back to the funny story.... I left a 3,4,6 split in game 5, right before Ursus left, and I said to both Mike and Ursus, if I pick this up... You are both banned from bold font for 2 weeks... They agreed, and I nailed it! NO BOLD!! Then 2 frames later, I left the EXACT same split (Ursus was gone at this point), and I told Mike, if I pick it up again, we add a week, and if I miss, we subtract a week, he agreed. He went up on the lane next to me and started jumping around making funny noises and faces to try to distract my focus.... to no avail. I stayed focus, and nailed it again! 3 WEEKS no BOLD! You're welcome Bill! I even game him a chance in the last game we bowled today to earn a week back, but he couldn't finish it.. I think he ended with a 205 and 219 for me.

He did, however, beat me in the 2nd to last game by ONE pin (seems like a pretty often occurrence, doesn't it? One pin). No bets were on though, so he doesn't get a week back. Still, what a great game! There is something to be said for beating me on a day like today when I was on fire!

So I beat Mike for the bowling ball, but what actually ended up happening was, Ursus had mentioned he had kids and I no longer needed the ball I brought. So I let him have the 12 pound ball to give to his kids. He mentioned how one of them was really wanting a ball after I gave him mine, so I was happy to hear that and hopefully he can starting putting up some big scores with his dad! Mike also offered his ball to him, but Mike's was 15 lbs, too heavy for the kids. Mike did however, give it to someone else in the bowling alley. So everyone is a winner today.

Had a good time bowling with you guys (Mike and Ursus) Look forward to it again!

Well, it was the right thing to do. I can remember being about 12 and a guy that I would see up at the alley a lot gave me one of his bowling balls. I was very happy as well, and it drove me into the sport more. I know that Ursus' son is probably as happy as I was when I was given a ball when I was young, and if it makes him want to bowl more, then that is all the better!

Thanks, Bill. Bowling will never bore me! It was just one heck of a day (that I hope to repeat tomorrow especially). It's amazing how much better I've gotten in just two months time. I just hope I can get good on sport patterns like you are. Planning on doing a sport league this fall and practicing hard to get good on those patterns.

Unfortunately, I don't have a Marauder. That one I threw the other day belonged to a guy that we bowl with. Mike did use his today (and forgive me if that is who the question was intended for), and that ball works well for him. Hooks more than any ball he has, and crushes the pocket.

Mike's Nano barely hooks. He's it getting a make over on it. Here's the thing.. The balls were drilled pin up, and Mike doesn't have a ton of revs. So drilling his balls pin up is going to give it more length, and he doesn't have the revs to get it to cut in sharp at the end. So he is getting the Nano plugged and drilled pin down, so that way the ball will start hooking earlier. I'll send you a PM about it.

Hey Dude, how about later tomorrow after I work out, You, Manic and myself throw a few! I now have all my balls redrilled, and I had another thumb piece made that was actually oval, not round like the ones that were made! I don’t get it? I requested oval, and I got round! Anyway the new one fits nice and its orange,,, looks great with the DV8! I want to check out the V. G. now that he mover all the hole! Its suppose to correct the track from going over the thumb hole! I have a lot more info that the pro gave me,,, will tell you about it tomorrow if you want to throw 6 or so games! I now feel complete!!! Everything in working order, and a few things I want to work on that the pro mentioned!

Terrible... Just some 190's and low 200. I lost interest after the first game, and I know that's not good of me to do. I was just super bummed knowing I threw away $75 in 10 minutes. Which brings me to my next point.. there were SIX people there for that session. What a joke. I accept all fault for how poorly I did, but being that there were only six people, I never had a chance to just relax and regroup. I was pissed, and kept rushing, and then I lost interest.

Bill O'Neil hit the tour saddled with being called "The Real Deal". It took him 3 or 4 seasons before winning a title. WWR was up to double digits in second place finishes before he won. Johnny Petraglia and Parker Bohn III are considered the ideal for left-handed bowlers. What lefty has the most wins? Earl Anthony.

The next step is to look into some of the resources available on the mental side of this sport.

We know that it won't be long and you'll be kicking butt in these tournaments!

Dude,,, YOU have great physical ability as WE all know! You study the game, and are learning a lot! What your wanting to happen NOW, is going to happen! Attitude, and staying in control, analyzing each and every throw, not letting emotions get in the way,,,,,, THAT’s what you need to work on IMHA!
Your have the power, rev’s, and knowledge,,,, work on ANGER CONTROL! It can take you out of a tournament real quick! One bad first game, or even two, should not make your angry!! I see it a lot watching you in tournaments! From the very first game to the last game, don’t let anger even cross your mind. Think,,,,, think,,,, use that knowledge you have, (even though you still have much to learn), and pretend like no matter how bad things are going,,,, ((((( I am still in this thing, focus!!)))
You’re a hell of a bowler Jason/Dude, and you are YOUNG!! Don’t be impatient, and never have a I don’t care attitude at ANY POINT IN A GAME TO YOUR LAST THROW!!!
What do I know about bowling,,,,, (Iceman),,,,, not much! But I have been in sports my whole life including College football and track! I know one thing about being a winner! Winners never,, NEVER quite! Attitude!!! Big part of all sports!

The good thing is you can use this tournament as a learning experience. Sure it sucks to have to pay $75 to acquire that knowledge, but you now have a goal you can work on, that is keeping your emotions in control even during the the rough times. Luckily your young enough you have about 1.5 million more tournaments in your life to go, each one a new opportunity to put together the great games your capable of.

I've played nearly every sport in my life (football, basketball, soccer as a kid, and played ice hockey my whole life and still do sometimes), and I never get as frustrated as I do bowling. It may be the most frustrating sport of all. Certainly may be the most challenging mentally as well.

Wow.. That was fun (and hard), bowling on the US Open pattern. 14 people showed up and the first cut was down to top 8 bowlers according to series. I started ok, hitting my mark and picking up spares, and I thought I was headed to a 180 or so, but I left a pocket 7-10 split in the 9th then a greek church in the 10th, and I only shot 143. The next game I started AWESOME... 9/ 9/ X X 9/ 8/ X then I missed a 6, 10 spare, threw a split in the 9th, and 9/6 to end it for a 177. 3rd game I just had 1 open but only 3 strikes, for a 175. So I made the first cut, and so did Mike. He was doing good. He beat me the first two games (he had a 200 even the second game), but I beat him the third.

After the first cut to the top 8 bowlers, we only bowl 1 game and the top 4 move on. Still bowling on the same lanes, I started amazing! First 5 strikes, then a bad ringing 10 in the 6 (which I picked up), and a strike in the 7th. Left a 2 pin in the 8th and spared. Then I threw two straight splits in the 9th and 10th! Damn! I did shoot a 213 though, and made the cut to the top 4. Mike missed this cut. I think he finished 6th.

After the 2nd cut to the top 4, we bowled 1 game to get to the top 2. Everyone seemed to be struggling and throwing splits and missing spares. I struck the first frame, opened the 2nd, but then got 4 straight spares, 3 straight strikes, and another spare for a 200 even. I will admit, all of my strikes that game were Brooklyn. I felt bad because I didn't really deserve the strikes I got, but at the same time, I did pick up my spares nicely and the others didn't, so I still kinda deserved that final 2 spot, which I got! I had the top score in the final 4.

The last game, I started with two strikes, 9/ 6/ 9/ then a 4,6,7 split which I opened on... then a 3, 10 split which I converted. Then 4 straight strikes and a 9 to end it for a 219! I won 219 to 163. All the strikes in that game were flush in the pocket! So I earned some respect back for myself.

So I won the 14 man eliminator on the US Open pattern (Hardest pattern in the world!), and what I'm most happy with is I ended with a 213, 200, 219 and also happy with how well I did picking up spares tonight.

It was fun and it was tough! Mike did an awesome job too and I know he loved bowling on that pattern as well.

Thanks guys! The pattern breaks down SO fast and you have to be SO accurate. It really is the truest test of skill. Much respect to the pros who can average 215 on that pattern.

I called Jason from league today and said that it looks like a 700 is going to happen,,,, at that point I had a 235 first game, then a 290 second game! That second game started out with a ten pin leave, which I picked up, then all strikes! Last game I lost focus I beleive, bowling is without a doubt a head game!!
last game was a frigin 175! But do the math.... a 700 series,,,, 233.3 average, high game 290, 23 stirkes, 5 spares, and one split!

It should have been a 755,,, I had in my first game final frame a 10 pin, and missed it for an open! And in the last game had a bad throw missed my mark and had the 1,2,4,7, 10 leave. picked up 3! for a total of 8!! ((Lack of focus)).... I did this 700 with the new DV8 Marauder!! DV8 RULES.... And made in America!!!

Hate to break it to ya, but I don't think DV8 is made in a America, and neither is Brunswick. They are made in Mexico. Believe it or not, some people actually don't buy those balls because of that reason. To me, if I like the ball, I'm gonna get the ball.

Again, great job today on the 700 and 290. Good job on the US Open pattern too. Look forward to tomorrow. I suspect we are going to have a huge night since tonight forced us to be so accurate on the US Open pattern. The house shot will be easier than ever tomorrow.

Carmel flavor!! The one that Bruce bowled the 300 game with the other day. I have nothing against Mexico, its just this once great nation was an industrial giant not that long ago! Yep, Storm is made in the USA. I'm sure there are clothes that are made in the USA, but a lot of clothes are made in China and other places. I'm not going to buy clothes I'm not interested in compared to clothes that I like, just because one is made in the USA and one is made in China. Same goes for a bowling ball. If I like the DV8 ball more than the Storm ball, I'm going to get the one I like.

The big questions is where did they get the materials from? US companies or overseas? That is part of the question that we do not know. Columbia uses alot of BASF chemicals in their bowling balls right. Well BASF SE is the largest chemical company in the world and is headquartered in Germany. So just because a ball is poured in the US doesn't mean that they are completely USA made. I wish they were.

I have a Cross Road. GREAT ball, but even though it has a yummy caramel SCENT (or as you call it - flavor) I would not suggest trying to eat it... ;)

Mike the Dragon Slayer!!! He took down the team that was tied for first place with us.. 5 out of 5 points for Mike and Joyce and 0 for the other team. We only won 3 of 5, so now we are 3 games up in first place! The wing man came through again!

Wing Man to Dude”,,,,, “Wing Man to Dude” Over,,,,,, ( yes it was over their heads taking on ICEMAN and MANIC!! We beat the number one team, with 227, and 221 averages SCRATCH the first and last game! Wow what a night!! They kept complaining about the oil! It was very different compared to what its normally like, but one thing bowling Sports Patterns teaches you is how to adapt! Don’t complain about it, make it work for you!! We beat them over 100 pins! Last game was not pretty for them either!! We had a great day!

I changed from the DV8 that worked in the first game, to the V.G. nanno pearl and stayed with it for the remaining 3 games! Right after the change, a spare, then 5 strikes! It gave me a better entry into the pocket and kept me from going head on the head pin, which is what the DV8 was doing, and even when I moved a couple boards left, it went flat into the pocket. It was a good time, and place to make the change!
My Manic Wife, and Me, Iceman,,,,, beat the number one team 5 to 0!!! (including total pins)!
In so doing put The Dude in First Place! It was some night for the both of us! Lol…. ()
The Dude was right when he said Sport Patterns will help improve your game! The lanes were very challenging, but knowing my balls, well, and what each one will do, and how to approach the conditions the lanes presenting was what made it a riot!!! I can’t remember a time I had soooooo much fun beating a team that had so much talent!!

Wow, where do you go, or what can you do to top a night like last night! Kicking the butt of the first place team! Moving my good friend, The Dude, into first place! I now feel empty and hollow! I bowled a 200 on the U.S. Open Monday! A 700 series on Monday, Beat the first place team bad, a 290 game! I have that feeling you get the day after Christmas, when all the anticipation, and dreaming of that day, has come and gone! Having is not so satisfying a thing as dreaming, or wanting! I know this might sound strange, but I think its many times true!

Nope. Mike's back was hurting, so he didn't want to. Personally, I just think he was scared to get another 300 game bowled on him seeing as how it happen twice in a 3 week span. Haha ;). That was the first Friday that I haven't bowled on in months! The day off was welcome though, I had bowled 12 straight days (and the day before I had a blister rip open on my thumb, out of nowhere). I didn't bowl yesterday either, and might not today. 3 Day break (maybe). You're right though, it's been idle for too long.

First of all let me give you my condolences on you poor little thumb!! Wow,,, sometimes I think this generation of young people are a bunch of babies!! Do you have mommy kiss it to make you feel better! I am not afraid of you bowing whatever game, because I know when it comes RIGHT DOWN to the big game Dude, ((I owe you!))!! I believe I am ONE GAME up on you MR. 300!! Fear is something this Iron Worker doesn’t have in his vocabulary! I looked death in the eye, face to face for almost 30 years! It came close to getting me a couple times, when I fell working up high, but guess what Mr. blister on your thumb!! (I spite in its face and told it to go to He!!.)
Through those 30 years as a PROUD, UNION, High in the sky Ironworker, I had my share of accidents! Broken neck, fractured back, 2nd and 3rd degree burns, Real cuts that one time took 23 stitches, inhalation of toxic fumes, and gases from welding and burning on hazardous, materials, working many times hundreds of feet up and on some occasions thousands of feet into the clouds. Broken bones, and injuries that would make your little blister look like a molecule, on the surface of the moon!
Yes Dude, I am SCARED! I hope your poor little blister gets better! Right now I am dealing with REAL Pain,,,,, and now you’re a pain in my, But I won’t go there!

You're right Chris. I was wondering why she kept running to the bathroom after eating 2 bites from a candy bar she was so desperately begging her father for, it was the bulimia. She was one spoiled little brat. and the Dad, don't get me started. Being the billionaire that he is, he no longer thought he should have to walk anywhere, so he had the worlds most advanced wheel chair created so he could be comfortable at all times and not expend energy walking like the rest of us hard working people do. That guy was one stuck up prick who always spoiled his bulimic daughter with everything!

And Ursus, I never kicked that 3 legged puppy. The mom, being the devilish woman that she is, had the dog's leg amputated, so it would play on peoples emotions more when she would scam people. The scam? The scam is, she trained this poor little dog to walk close to peoples feet, and jump back and roll as soon as it got close to their feet. Then she'd scream and scream saying "you kicked my dog!!" All in hopes of filing a lawsuit and suing the person for emotional damage. One sick twisted family!

I didn't even charge her $5! The dad was spoiling her with more cash for the vending machines and arcade games, and he dropped a $5 bill. This guy was heckling me all day, saying, "I could do better than that in this wheel chair I created!" I saw this cute little unfortunate boy down on the alley, watching me, and he was trying to learn how to bowl. So I was signing an autograph for him, and after I did, I set it on the counter, and went to snag that $5 bill that jerk dropped and was going to give it to the kid at the end of the alley so he could play arcade games since he didn't have the money to (wrong to steal from the guy? Maybe, but he deserved it.). So when I got back, I noticed the brat girl took the autograph from off the counter. I guess Mike must have saw the $5 in my hand, her with my autograph, and the guy in wheelchair and decided to make his own judgement of the situation. So anyway, I went over and gave that kid the $5 bill, and I signed another autograph for him and said "here buddy, I want you to have this, and I also want you to sign something for me, that way, when or if we both become famous, we'll each have each others autograph!"

Where,,,, where do I beginning Wild Bill!

1. First of all I did not,,, (DID NOT), put the NON American made ball,,, made in communist China in the same bag as my UNDEFEATED! It would have been unholy, and against all that is sacred to me! Did I sin William!! Yes, YES, god save my soul,,, I did go to the dark side of slave labor, where the average bowling ball employee is chained to a 16lb bowling ball! They call their work force at DV8h, The Bowling Ball Chain Gang! Some of them are under age! As young as 3 years old! They use them to because of their small size, and ability to crawl into the small crevasses that lead to hell where they get their cover stock! Many grown men are to this day stuck in-between a rock and a hard place on their journey to hell.

2. The Dog-Gone Dog thing was blown way out of place! I am a dog lover, believe me Bill, I would rather spend time with most dogs I know then PEOPLE! Don’t ever think that I would like young Dude, kick a dog so inhumanly that it couldn’t bark,,,,, even to this day! You can look into that poor dogs eye, (yes he only has one now due to the amount of pressure expended into its weak small frame), and see clearly that the lights are on, but no one is home! Careful wishing for a storm smelling of apple crisp. We both know how storms are in the mid-west and you never know when a tornado will rip through and could smell like apple crisp.

A friend has the IQ and he loves it. When the lanes dry up he throws it like a straight ball and it still hooks to the pocket. It has a symmetrical core that I feel suits your style and speed. Asymmetrical may be too jumpy and unpredictable at times. The IQ also has the strongest back end reaction of any symmetrical ball I have seen (probably equal to the Marauder). Over all, I think if it's properly drilled, you would surely love the IQ.

I will take that as a compliment Wild Bill! I was not able to bowl this last Friday with the Dude! Sicker then a 3 legged blind, deaf in left ear dog. Not only that but some serious other problems related to bleeding and my nose! Went to and old country doctor here in northern Missouri! He put some gun power inside my right nostril, and lite it! It not only stopped the bleeding, but had the side effect of extreme pain, and a blister the size of a 16lb bowling ball!

I hope to be back to normal by next Friday! Did I say normal? No one, has ever accused me of being anywhere close to that!

If the power burns to my eyes get better, I will take on the Mr 300 Dude next week!

I must say, last Tuesday while having our league meeting he bowled another 300 game! 300 games are coming out of him now like fish floating dead down the river of no return!

This is getting good now.. hahaha... The battle of the Incredibowls! Only one can win. The Dude, who's special power is 300's at any moment and throwing off his rivals using any variation of curse words and jokes, can get a little Too Reckless with the pins when using his DV8 ball. Iceman, who often bleeds on his frozen beard to intimidate his enemies, giving off a zombie-like look, takes NO prisoners with his DV8 Marauder and has been known to raise a little hell with his other DV8 ball, oh the TERROR! Raising hell to the Iceman makes for an interesting combination. Sometimes he freezes the hell-raised heat, other times, the heat is too much for him! and Fatal, or is it a variation of Batman, who often times likes to try to take shape of his competitors using the slender build, uses a 15 pound mystery ball which we not yet know.

I think you said you bowl at Strike N' Spare? If so, I know they will do a great job. James works up here at Northland (Same shop that runs out of Strike N' Spare, they just have a shop at Northland too), and he'll take the time to watch you bowl, record your shots, and think of a good layout for you. Bruce, his boss, has 30 years of experience, and used to travel on the PBA tour drilling stuff up for the pros. He works at Strike N' Spare as well, so either one of them, I would recommend.

[SIZE=4]Well we had a Battle of the Titan’s today! 5 bowlers, 3 of which carry a 225 and up average! And then there was Batman, (Fatal) and Iceman! We bowled for a new 2012 Red loaded Viper! It was close for a while,, lots of strikes, but in the end James,,, (HULK),,, driller at AMF Lanes, won with a 297! Choked on the last throw in the 10! Some good scores, but hard to beat a 297! Until Next week, James is the Champ!! Great Job HULK!! He looked very satisfied, and happy as The Hulk drove off in his new Viper! It was Us not that HULK that were GREEN with envy!

There's an old proverb that says people tend to migrate towards those they hang around, like the greatness rubs off. In my opinion, that is never more true than in bowling. The better the competition, the better we become. Mike, even if Jason beats you ten straight weeks, that internal drive to beat your opponent will be what gets you to that 300/800. And the fact that you keep putting up the numbers is what keeps Jason sharp. He knows he can't lose focus when bowling you. You both bowled these Friday matches at a point in time where you both needed them, pushing each other to excellence, on the way to perfection.

Next Thursday , every Thursday I bowl on THE DREAM TEAM,,,,, The Dude, Larry, Chad, Manic, and myself! We are in first place, and I don’t see us not winning this big buck leauge! So far 4-0, 4-0, 3-1, 3-1, 3-1, 3-1~~~ The only losses were very close!

Not like I am the crabby type, I would rather eat sunflower seeds then crab legs, (much less effort)! Waaaaay tooooo much work for me to eat the skinny long legs of some bottom feeding creature!

Best time to meet for bowling is always Fridays now! We get our free practice bowling at two different AMF’s…… Vivion 12:00 to 2:00,,,,,, and NKC from 3:00 to 5:00! LOL, I just read all of that. Sorry, I forgot to get on and check it all out last night, and didn't have time to this morning! Anyway, we still bowled, and being that I didn't see the agreement was in place, after I won, I went ahead and got a snack, and then Mike had got a pizza. So unfortunately, I only ate one slice of that delicious pizza, and boy was the taste of victory amazing! If I had known that he were actually going to get a pizza, I wouldn't have eaten the snack and would have definitely enjoyed 3 or 4 slices. Regardless, thank you very much Mike. It was kind of you. Next time I'll be sure to check the night before to see what we are bowling for!

By the way, the score of the championship match was 289 to 234! I had a perfect pocket shot, stone 9 pin to start. Then got 10 strikes in a row, and left a 10 pin on my last ball. Mike had a heck of a game too!

Anyway, he will tell you more about it, but he is a man of his word. Next time (if there is a next time), I'll be sure to save plenty of room for that pizza! We will have to decide on something to bowl for next week.

They "get it" because they don't have the mental capacity to understand it doesn't make sense.

I think, after several seconds of careful thought, that due to a word jumble that Mike was actually playing multiple games at the same time. Mental, physical and written. Therefore I rule that last week's bet is null and void. The next bet should be a steak dinner for the winner paid for by the loser with it being a two game series. This will help root out a lucky game by either participant.

OK,,, I said SHAVED!!! And when Iceman says shaved, he means to the pulp!!! When I close my eyes, and picture The Dude with that fleshy shiny head of no hair, it bring a smile to my minds eye!! I think he may have to change his name from “The Dude”, to Mr Clean!! Lol Dude, do you want Iceman to use a safety razor?? Nothing looks as bad as a shaved head, with multiple razor lacerations! (( I will be as gentle as possible))!

Since this is a Life Altering BET, that WILL BE CARRIED out upon completion, and shown on this thread, lets do it this way!

1. We will bowl ONE GAME at the end of our 2 hours of practice time on FRIDAY! (ONE GAME)!
2. We will do this for 4 weeks in a role! The winner will then have the pleasure of De-Hairing the loser!
3. If a tie at that point, a sudden death tie breaker will be put into place deciding the winner!
4. There is no backing out, PERIOD!
5. If While shaving the head, the recipient complains that the razor is dull, he has the right to request a new one, or furnish his own!
6. Going back to # 4, If a contestant backs out, he will be banned, prohibited, forbidden, from this bowling board, and shunned for his whole bowling life

We will film it in HD!! I have a new camera that does a great job! We will film the cutting, and shaving of the head!! I want everyone to see!! I even have a tripod that we will mount the camera on so my hands are free to remove the Hair!! I will start with electric shears, then use shaving soap, and whatever brand safety razor he choses

I must say, I wasn’t that concerned about winning this afternoon! I was working on some new delivery moves, in order to get more revolutions! It seems to be working!! I think I have doubled my rev’s!! He will have his ego taken down a notch next week, with ICEMAN, the doubled his REV’s bowler walks out on the lanes!! 279 might not cut it next week!!! This new delivery is a secret weapon that I have been working on! I look at film of me bowling, and swear it’s a PBA bowler! It has transformed my bowling ability! Next week,,, The Dude will fall!!
