If you are looking for a compliment to the very versatile Sigma Tour, then the Sigma Hybrid gives you just that. The Sigma Hybrid, with the box finish at 1000, will give you an early grab on the lanes for those medium to heavy oil patterns and still provide the continuation and predictability of the Sigma Tour. I would say this ball covers an additional 4 to 5 boards over the Sigma Tour.
We layed out the 2012 Nationals Pattern on Generation 1 ProAnvil, which is a very hard surface with not a lot of friction. I was able to use this ball up the outside part of the lane, breakpoint between 2-3 board. Keep in mind, I throw the ball 17-18 MPH on average. When the lanes broke down, I was also able to move inside, and throw over 17 board and have my breakpoint be around 8 board.
I drilled this in a stacked leverage position, with the pin 3.5 inches from the PAP. This is the same as my Sigma Tour. This is a fantastic 1-2 punch.
