Ive just read a bowler has a
stacked leverage layout with a 6" hole
Correct me if I am wrong but stacked leverage means the Pin to pap and the PAP to MB is the same distance
But What does the 6" hole mean

Stacked Leverage- A layout where the pin and CG are the same distance from the bowler’s PAP.

Without knowing the context. I'd say he's referring to a Balance Hole, either to make the weight legal or increase flare. probability placed 6" from the PAP, Pin or grip center .

6 inch balance hole would be illegal in USBC sanctioned event. The rules state that the balance hole cannot be bigger than any hole that is used for gripping the ball. (well a loose interpretation of the rule)

USBC's maximum diameter for a balance hole is 1 1/4 inches. I'm sure he is talking about a hole 6" from his grip center
