Recently I purchased two older bowling balls for $7.50 (Brunswick Fireball and Nu-Line Xcalibur). Can I use the balls in official leagues and tourneys even though they lack the USBC stamp of newer balls? They both have serial numbers ingraved in them.

Yes you can use them, The stamp is a new rule for new balls, all the old balls have already been approved are okay to use.

As bowl1820 has already said yes they can be used in official leagues
and in USBC tournaments. I used to throw the Nu-Line Xcalibur when
it first came out and I used it in many tournaments and PBA regionals
without any problems and wow man what a ball it was back in the day
it won me a lot of money. :D
