Well, looks like I will be waiting another week. The first game looked promising starting with the front 4 strikes. Then in what can only be described as a momentary lapse of concentration, I fanned one really bad and it leaked into the gutter. I spared it up and struck again with the pure intent of throwing 270 with a gutter ball However, I pulled the next two shots and split in the 10th to turn a promising game into a humble 212. I had a case of the shanks the rest of the night managing a meager 151 in the 2nd and 190 in the third. I expected there to be growing pains after changing to a new ball so I am not too worried. I will post again next week as I close in on my first 300!
