So i ordered a new ball yesterday. I ordered a 15 lb 3-3.5 inch pin with 3oz topweight... They had no problems getting those specs and sent it right out/.. I got the tracking and look and saw that it said the package was 14 lbs... I called the company and asked if they sent the correct ball as the oder sheet was all correct.. They said that it was prob just a mis type when entering the weight. since the ball was being delivered today they told me to just check it and let them know.... I couldnt wait to get home and take it to get drilled since i had to go pick up another ball from the shop anyways.. I get home, and see that the fed ex box says 14 lbs.. ok no big deal i already knew that.. I opened the box and to my delight i saw 15.4 lbs 3-3.5 pin and 2.86 TW... YES!!! it was actually right.. so i open the box to look at the ball to check for scratches, cracks and all that good stuff.. Well i thought the ball felt a little light and then knew something wasnt right when the pin was like a 1 inch pin... I was not happy.. I check the serial number to the number on the box and they didnt match.. so obviously this was not the correct ball.. I went and weighed it and it was actually a 13 lb ball..ugh!!! i called the company and they told me to sat it out tomorrow and they would send fed ex to pick it back up to return to them and they would ship me another ball tomorrow.. i should have the new one saturday...

I just thought it was weird that they wrong ball totally was in the box... hmmm mess up at the Storm warehouse??? lol
