Hogsharley

Our league meeting was on Monday and not much got resolved. The meeting started 45 minutes late, 1/3 of the teams were not present and then half the members left because their league was starting. We had a motion on the floor to stay with the match points, increase the total points that can be won to 30 (my suggestion) and go to 3 12 week sessions vs. 2 halves and it didn't pass.

The weekly payouts were also shot down. People figured if you want to go into any pots, we already had that established on the side. People didn't want to be forced into the pots.

The Peterson Points did pass. Many people liked the idea and wanted to use it for the entire season.

Since all the business could not be resolved, we are going to have another meeting before bowling on the 1st night. We may even re-vote on everything since everyone will be there.

On a good note, I did get to practice after the meeting. I only brought my S-75 and a spare ball but I bowled 238-216-258=712.
29 clean. My only miss was a 7 pin that I wiggled in the 1st frame of game #3. It looks like I'll be ready to bowl come the 1st week.
