Not using any finger hole
I wonder if it is legal to throw a spare ball by palming it without using any finger and thumb hole?

Yes it's legal. But can you be more accurate ? I wouldn't think that it would be, but if it works for you then try it.

It's legal! Most bowlers like Osku Palerma,Jason Belmonte and other no thumb or palm bowlers use fingers in their spare ball.
