National bowling Stadium in Reno was used for the big tournament in Kingpin. Not sure about Lancaster bowl, but it was somewhere in Pittsburg.

The bowling alley in the movie Breaking Away (which is a fantastic movie by the way) is here http://www.imu.indiana.edu/recreation/bowling.shtml

It's part of the student union and U of I in Bloomington, Indiana.

In the movie Buffalo '66 a key scene happens at Recckio's Lanes. Vincent Gallo appears to be a pretty good bowler, too!
