that;s how many boards my feet take, no I mean from my left big toe to my right pinky toe
Am I understanding your correctly, that you are NOT standing with your feet together? Your left big toe is on 25 and your right big toe is on 32?

Sam, the board you start and finish on is determined by the big toe of your sliding foot. Now that you have explained what you meant it makes a lot more sense.

oh, I didn't know that.. so I'll recheck my standing position, hopefully I go hit the lanes today. :]
I don't like going by the toe. The toe of the shoe is round so unless I mark it some how I could be in a little different spot each time. I always go by the inside edge of my shoe at the ball of my right foot. Say if I'm going to aim at the 6 board with my Hyroad, I'll stand with that edge of my right foot even with the left edge of board 12. If I were aiming at the first arrow, the shoe edge would be in the center of the ten board.
