nope, it's the same thumb piece they are just drilling it differently.. if they do charge you for the difference, i think it's time to find a new pro shop..

individual people have different thumbs.. they can't be putting this pricing on this and that because it would means that.. oh.. my thumb is oval.. i have to pay more.. nah... it doesn't work that way in my country..

Now years ago I seen some that did, but that was when they had alot of the older drill press's around, it was a little more trouble to do them.
