Looking at bowlingball.com, the Maxxed-out should hook more, but not significantly. They both have symmetric cores and matte coverstocks. This means a more sweeping hook instead of a skid-snap hook, and good length due to the symmetric core. The big difference is the RG and differential. The Maxxed-out flairs out more (differential), and enters the hook phase earlier (RG) than the Beserk. The Beserk will flair less, and enter the hook phase later.
