    Default What type of inserts do you use? Anyone use power lifts?

    I put the Vise power lefts (The flat ledge kind), hoping I didn't make a mistake.

    I used them for awhile. They took a few games to get use to. Now I use the power oval.

    I used them for awhile also, then went to 1/8" forward pitch in the fingerholes and switched to vise ovals.

    Right handed Stroker, high track ,about 13 degree axis tilt. PAP is located 5 9/16” over 1 3/4” up.Speed ave. about 14 mph at the pins. Medium rev’s.High Game 300, High series 798

    I use the half moon grips as they give me extra lift then the ovals.

    I just read that forward pitch is good for shorter spans so maybe I made the right choice

    I prefer the lifts with the flat edge to them. Been using them for years.....

    I can't stand anything with a flat edge, I need ovals. Never tried power lift ovals, maybe I'll order some.
