Tampabaybob: Next time I have a chance to shoot a video I will. Thank you for the advice..as a matter of fact I have struggled with "peeking" in the past (looking up too soon) ..(i do the same thing in Golf as well... I felt that I had gotten much better at it but maybe over the course of the last couple years I have become so Lax about it that I dont realize I am doing it.. I am going to practice with a few bowling buddies tomorrow afternoon and I will make that my focus, to focus.. funny enough while searching the web I found a similar topic about keeping track of everything and they had a PDF sheet that you can print off and bring with you to keep track of each frame in a very detailed manner.

Hot_Pocket: I actually just ordered a Storm Vivid should be in Wednesday... the Local Pro said that since my wrist has pain to try switching to a 14lb (just as i figured and billf said). Also seeing as my best games, series', and averages came when using my virtual gravity this may bring back a familiar feel.

Gordon........It's about two weeks since your last thread and I'm wondering if you've had any success with the lighter ball and how your accuracy is doing. Also wondering how the wrist is doing. Are you still having pain with the 14 lb ball? Do you or have you used a wrist guard for support? You may not be able to crank the ball like you did a couple of years ago, but you have to think about the health of your wrist if you want to keep bowling. Also, if it does still bother you, mane you need to see a sports medicine MD. They work with all sports and probably will help more than to tell you to lay off and ice it down. Let us know how it's going.
