You can try some nail polish remover (acetone). If it's dry you might be able to soften it enough to scrape it off.
Wet a small section of rag and work on a small area at a time.
While I was having my torture session this morning, my middle finger insert came out. The guy at the desk put it back in for me, but got a thin line of super glue (about 4 inches long) across the track of the Nexxus. How do I get this off? Nail Polish remover?

Rubbing alcohol. Works on a lot of types of glue. Use to use it on model airplane parts.
I had some on my ball, it dripped down and was in a spot that wasn't a problem. It eventualy just wore off.
