    Default The Ball Return

Is anyone else bothered by them?

I am a "cranker" and set up way left. That damn ball machine needs to move over about 3 feet when I am on the right lane. It pisses me off everytime. I guess I should learn to adjust, I don't think they will ever move.

Just be thankful they aren't above ground, then it would be like that all the way to the foul line. Some alleys still have above ground ball returns. MICHAEL and I have recently bowled at one and they are no fun. You can't complete your bowling form on the right lane (or left if you're left handed).

Aesthetically, I like the above ground ones more. Some of them have an almost art deco look to them. Very nice to look at. But I don’t get close to them when I bowl, I imagine would be very different otherwise LOL!

That's a pretty sweet return there.

Like the returns in this movie too. In that alley you would also have support beams to deal with!

Ball returns won't move. I've tried kicking, punching, screaming and the damn things just stare at me. My solution? Grab the HRR and stand on the approach on the lane to the left and loft the gutter. It was the biggest reason I learned how to not crank lol
