The new 2 cruel is an absolutely incredible ball that simply does not mind any amounts of oil on the lane. The new whiplash hybrid coverstock is an incredible move forward in technology that creates a lot of angle downlane on the heaviest of oil patterns. The 4000 grit out of box surface tends to shine up a tad bit quickly but the 2 cruel takes well to surface adjustments and still stores a great amount of energy for downlane reaction. The sinister core in the 2 cruel creates such a strong shape that you may have to drill this ball weaker then you may like or else it may just hook too much to match up for many patterns. The high rg and high differential combination in this sinister core makes the 2 cruel go through the pins extremely well, even when oil seems to creep downlane, which many people seem to have problems with. Overall, the new 2 cruel stores more energy then I have ever seen in any ball that is used for medium to heavy oil patterns.
