Drive to the bowling alley with this song playing and tell me you don't get the feeling that something great is about to happen... Envision yourself bowling great.

By the way, I prefer songs and music that is more of a mellow and motivating sound like this to keep my mind focused, when heading to go bowl. I don't want to get all amped up like I'm about to play a hockey game and force mistakes. I want a calm, focused, state of mind.

Jason, usually I go to the alley after work. Seeing as the only two stations I can get in the car the whole way are country, I need the upbeat rock to balance me out.

It used to be anything by Black Label Society for me, now it's anything by Foo Fighters.

My daughter played 'Break Stuff' by Limp Bizkit when I walked into the alley tonight. I was already rushing to get there and was plenty amped up. My first practice shot was 26mph.
Then they played 'Wanted' by Hunter Hayes. Why? Why? Why? Chick song during a mens league......

Well my personal fave is anything by Judas Preist because i was listeing to that while bowling and went 299-288-268 for a house record of 855.

Right now I have a mix of Nu-Metal/Rap/80's hair metal/Euro-Metal/Comedy songs i listen to while bowling.

I don't have a drive to the lanes, It's only about 200 feet from my front door. I end up listening to whatever they put on the jukebox at the alley. That can be anything from danzig to lady gaga, so I just tend to ignore whatever they play

I have a few fav's that pump me up for bowling. ICP, Twiztid, Mudvayne, Slayer, you know, good old fashion family music.

Wow, and I thought I lived close to an alley. There are probably four or five houses that are closer to my local bowling center than mine, I'm only sure of the three that I pass on the way there.
