    I've been around bowling for 50 years. Never heard of a pro shop operator who wouldn't give a customer's measurements to them. That's nuts.

    Any competent pro shop can take your existing ball and replicate the drilling. Buy the ball online and take it to someone to drill it. Of course if you do so, you'll end up spending more...because you'll buy the ball and then the pro shop you take it to to get it drilled will want to get paid something for drilling it.

    There are no free lunches.

    Welcome to the forum. If the ball fits great and you don't get any sores, callouses or blisters, then deal with the jerk. Otherwise, go elsewhere.
