Default I Think I Made a Good Adjustment....

This morning's league I started off with a 157, throwing my Nexxus. I just could not get the ball to "come up." It was reacting late, no matter how I fought it. SO, game two I switched to a Defiant (drilled to read the mid-lane and move on the back-end). Games 2 and 3 were 246 and 247. Both games had an open frame, but I was happy with a 650 after a miserable game one...

Nice games and series. Always helps to switch it up and try something else.

Glad to hear the defiant pulled through. And glad you were able to make the correct adjustments. Great games!

Nice job! A day like that is very rewarding. Sometimes you show up, and your just on. Your drilling strikes, spares are easy, and you can almost sleepwalk your way to a 600 series. Those are great, but theres a real feeling of accomplishment, and a lot of pride when you have a bad first, or even second game and you can make the adjustments and finish strong for a 600. I had a series like that late last season. Bowled one of my best games ever in the first game. 256. Felt great, I was super happy, then the second game was 161. I felt terrible, but I made the right move, and dropped a 258 last game. That felt better that the 205, 220, 215 series I had two weeks before.

Jay that was a good comeback after such a low first game.
I'd have made the switch in balls after the 2nd or 3rd frames
of the 1st game if it wasn't reacting right but that's just me I've
always switched balls early in the game.

One night I went through 5 balls in the first 1st game if one quit
reacting or wouldn't react right then I'd grab another one out of
the bag until I got the right one.

Not sure, Bill, but I am going to give it the Dawn dishwashing liquid in hot water cleaning regimen. It is due for one of those.

Do you sand yours at the same time? I usually do but for reasons of sheer laziness I didn't do so this last time.
