    If you need to build up your wrist, practice the release at home in slow motion. I would definitely see a coach to see if the proper correction is simply practicing the release or correcting your thumb hole pitch.
    Bowling - it's easy when you understand all the physics beneath the surface.

    Cupping your wrist and then quickly uncap at the release point takes a lot of practice to get right. Because you're used to throwing without your thumb, it shouldn't take too long to get it
    right. Just many games of practice. One thing I did notice that you said was about your thumb and fingers coming out at the same time. That's very important to overcome and get the thumb out early. Practice and send us a video if you can so we can see your release.

    Right handed Stroker, high track ,about 13 degree axis tilt. PAP is located 5 9/16” over 1 3/4” up.Speed ave. about 14 mph at the pins. Medium rev’s.High Game 300, High series 798
