This law was passed in Boston already - what can you do? Vote republican
So now they are going to try to tell me what non-alcoholic drinks i can have....why not just ban every drink except for water.
now they will just sell you the 16 oz for the same price they were selling the 30oz drinks....

Who here drinks 16+ ounces of soda at a time anyways? Is it necessary? Probably not. It is true that it should be a person's right to choose whatever they want to drink and how much of it they want to drink. With increasing obesity rates and health care costs should the government intervene?? Probably not, it is definitely one's choice. But who will help us if we can't help ourselves?
