    Default thumb insert loose

when I bowl my first 2 or 3 games the ball falls out of my thumb insert ,but after 3rd game it feels good, should I use tape or redo thumb insert tighter ?

you can add a piece of white tape in the thumb hole and then when ur thumb starts to swell, you can remove the tape. that's what i do when i bowl.

What I want to know is, how in the hell did you get your ball inside your thumb insert? LOL.

thanks Angelo that's what I meant,I put new inserts on my old turbo x for the first time , and I told the proshop guy it felt to tight around my thumb without bowling a game ,so i had him open the thumb more and on my first throw i knew I made a mistake

if it's too loose, you can try Ron Clifton's Magic Carpet and place it behind your thumb where your knuckle is. I have Magic Carpet on one side and white tape on the other side of the thumb hole, and when my thumb swells i just remove the white tape.

That makes more sense. I was trying to figure out how the insert was coming out. Black tape on the back of the thumb, white tape on the front. The flat edge goes facing down.
