Default Training Areas #1: The Body

One key area for a bowlers training schedule is to train the physical. Here some basic item's broke in to three parts. (of course you can adjust this to your own needs.)

    1-Skills
    Speed Control
    Rev Rate
    Axis Control
    Loft Control
    Launch Angle
    Spare Shooting

    2-Technique
    Footwork
    Timing/Tempo
    Armswing
    Body Position

    3-Physical
    Aerobic Stamina
    Strength
    Power
    Coordination
    Balance
    Flexibility
