Thread: Walking pin

  1. #1

    Default Walking pin

The most frustrating thing happened to me on Tuesday, I was working on a 5 banger on my 10th and I hit the pocket on the money, The 10 pin gets knocked and instead of falling it slides in-between where the 8 and 9 pin would be then wobble like it is mocking me. Lastly the pin setter could not pick it up making us wait for the lane to reset.

You know it bad when hear everyone behind you go "ooooooohhh"

And its not the first time that lane done that, the same thing happened to a guy on the a few frames before.

    Just a little vent

Yep, it happens. Terrible luck on that shot.

it has happened to me before but worse i it the pocket a little high knocked all pins down but the 4-10 and the 4pin slid back to the 7 spot leaving me the 7-10 split but it happened once and i got over it and tryed not thinking of it so i dont have to worry about it again.

Thats nothing compared to seeing the 6 pin slide all way over to 7 pin and stand their spinning.

I know your pain. While I didn't have that happen last night I did leave the 5,7,10.

I was practicing by myself last week, and I knocked the 5 pin sideways, into a spot where the pinsetter couldn't get it. It got knocked over, being by myself I counted it as a strike.

Man, that's annoying. One of the alleys I play at here seems like the pins slide around a lot (compared to other alleys anyway). I've had the 7 pin slide almost all the way over to the 9 spot before.
