How tight should finger tip inserts be

Well bowled 3 games last night. First game I felt great, 2nd game started to get a little sore and tighter. By the third my finger was tore up and I couldn't get it in the ball without pain. Gonna have to change them

Change them for sure and get them each a couple sizes larger than what you are using now. You don't want to be building up un-needed callouses....

Un-needed callouses? And here I thought they were what was giving me the extra revs. They burned so bad it was such a relief when I finally changed the grips in my spare ball. I still can't believe how tight they were and how long I dealt with it. Sometimes I'm such a dope! I definitely know better but was too stubborn.
