Really interesting stuff, I'm not old enough to know first hand how much bowling has changed over the years and seeing old bowling pictures, videos, etc is always fascinating
I was recently going through some old boxes here at home and stumbled across a bunch of old photographs I had taken back when I bowled as a "celebrity" in the Pro-Am at the 1976 BPAA US Open at Forum Bowling Lanes in Grand Prairie, TX, longtime home of the PBA's Quaker State Open.
A photo essay is now up on my bowling blog at http://brownswick.com.
You can navigate directly to this specific article at: http://brownswick.com/?p=838 .
You might find it pretty interesting. There are pictures of numerous PBA Hall of Famers you know, and an amusing little story.
Enjoy.
