    Default Heading out..

I have my Wednesday AM "Oldies but Goodies" league this morning. I need to work on keeping my arm - swing loose and relaxed. This helps my balance and leverage. WOULD SOMEBODY PLEASE REMIND ME TO LOOSEN UP/RELAX MY ARM - SWING??

BTW I bowl with some of the coolest seniors I have ever met...lots of fun.

Just put a piece of tape on top of your bowling shoe that
says stay loose/ relax and keep your arm swing free
you will be looking down at it when you position your foot/
feet when you set up on the approach.

I put two small pieces of P-touch tape on my wrist guard. Slow down and Stay behind ball.

Okay. Worked on the arm-swing and had that pretty much where I wanted it. HOWEVER, I could not get a good release from my thomb-hole. No matter what I did - add tape, subtract tape, move tape - it did not matter. Fought my release all series long. 225, 226, 202 for a 653. Guess i should be relieved with that score. It could have been worse.
