    I should have added that if you want good practice you have to do some research on how to bowl correctly. Get a good bowling magazine that has instruction and good tips to use at practice. You can get tips from this site that will help you. Take some lessons to get instruction on your approach, arm swing, hand position and things like not muscling or grabbing the ball in your swing or release. When you do practice don't practice a bunch of things at once. Practice one thing at a time until you get comfortable with it. Also don't worry about your score you get because you are just trying to feel your way with everything until you get use to it. It is like that with any sport. You have to put in the time to get comfortable with what you are doing. Good luck.
