    The sliding sock does help.

I'm not thinking. I analyze each shot and always will
I use to slide but stopped when I got hurt and went blind. That was due to fear of going over the foul line, falling unexpectedly and hurting myself. Now that I don't have to crank to get by I want to slide again. Not sliding has also affected my balance at release for obvious reasons. Although I averaged 195 blind and over 200 in three leagues this season, I know sliding will increase my accuracy when not cranking and get me to where I can maintain that 230 average. I really wanted to average at least 250 in at least one league this year so I'm already disappointed.

Fair enough, are you on a 4 or 5 step approach? shall we pull out some one step drills to work on your slide?

as for this 250 average thing... i would be happy with a 190 average this season, do me a favor and lend me a few pins?

Sure, you can have all my splits lol
5 step approach as of March of this year. The one step drill is fine but I always seem to plant and always have when doing it. Makes it kind of hard to show people the drill that way lol
