The thing here would be to try and remember how you were set up when you bowled that 217 game. What board was your sliding foot on and what target down lane were you throwing at? When you get set up with all that, before you start your approach, say to yourself
stay behind the ball. You want to stay there until you feel your thumb come out then you can put some fingers into your release. Those revs will look so nice. Congrats.

I got my one and only 212 game when I was 11 or 12 when I was a good bowler lol I just picked it back up after about a 12 year hiatus because my gf wanted to join a league with our friends I just redrilled my old ball and got fingertips about 3 weeks ago and I bowled a 195 last week and I was really excited until I realized I haven't beaten my high score that I set when I was about 12 lol but it will be coming shortly I hope, but congrats again
