Default New Balls on the Way

I just bought a used Crossroad, a used Tropical heat, and a new DV8 Nightmare. The Crossroad and Tropical Heat I got for $75 drilled with grips and slug from the local pro shop here. The Nightmare I got for $50 through the Collegiate catalog and I will have to have it drilled once I get it. Drilling will be about as much as the ball itself but I still get the Nightmare for $100. For $175, I don't think I could pass up the deals on these 3 bowling balls!

Wow how exactly did you get it for $50? What's that catalog?

It's a catalog exclusively for collegiate bowlers from the manufacturers. They want us throwing their equipment because we become walking bill boards. They are very strict on what we can use them for though. I can't even buy a bowling ball to gift to someone in my family.

Sounds like a decent purchase for everything. The nightmare especially sounds like a great deal.

The Nightmare is replacing my "heavy" oil ball. Currently I am throwing the Storm Virtual Gravity. The original one. Not the Nano or the Nano Pearl. I'm expecting a big difference.
