I guess it depends on which model, core and coverstock. I use a Raw Hammer Jacked. It was my first ball, purchased about 3 years ago. It suited me well at the time because I was just learning to bowl as an adult. It was drilled for mid-length break and is ideal for a newbie stoker, as the Reactive resin coverstock produces a strong, reliable curve to the pocket. As long as I properly place the ball through my mark, I will hit the pocket. However, I have grown to become more of a tweener and now perfer a polished ball with more back-end kick. It's still a great ball to have in my arsenal.
I live by three simples rules:

    1. Don't ever ask about my business
    2. Never discuss business at the table
    3. Don't ever side with anyone against the family

I loved my hammer but it cracked a long time ago. Big Rig Diesel. It was a blem but was awesome. They are part of the Ebonite International brand and that turned me off. How many different names do you need for the same balls with different colors? They seemed to get away from their original concept for awhile but are coming back to it.
