I know you said you don't use plastic, but the hammer taboo spare ball fits your wants pretty well.

I tried out one a couple of weeks ago and it really was a nice ball for being plastic. 1-3 boards movement without even trying to much.

Plastic, entry level, high performance does it really matter? All that matters is making ALL your spares, not how you make them.
****so plastic is fine for the pros but not good enough for you? just kidding******

i got the c300 freeze and i use to use it as my spare ball still do once and awhile when ever i need it and i never made it hook at all and i throw 19mph stirke shots 21mph spare shots and i got alot of revs but all i do is take down the revs abit on the spare shots.

Sorry. Seems I misunderstood your post that you don't use plastic. I thought you meant you wouldn't use plastic. Plastic has some advantages, like not having to change the release to go fairly straight.
