I got my middle name "Hanspeter" from my uncle who died when my dad was still a kid. Hampe is the shortened version of Hanspeter. Back when I still played football here, once my roommate found out my middle name he told the whole team so they all started calling me Hampe after that instead of Paul. Now I usually use it for forums and stuff since it's practically never taken.
