    I know a two hander who uses them. He's like me, fingers are conventional (minus the thumb) He say the slugs help him get out fast and clean. With two handed, you don't squeeze with your fingers, and you dont really grip with them. They are just along for the ride until the end when they create the rotation. So when they come out faster, and cleaner, it give you more speed and more revs. At least that's how he explained it to me.

    I like using the finger grips for the comfort part of it instead of pressing on the hard ball finger holes. I like the ones with the little lip on it called power lifts I think. I have used fingertip grips ever since I started league bowling in 1978. God! I was only 31 then. Waaaaaaah.

    I had been bowling in a league for three years by then. Didn't switch to figertip drilling and grips till four years ago.
