I was thinking that too. The winner are always people who joined that week, and there's been so many spammers signing uo this week, one of them is bound to win. No PM in my box, so I didn't win, and I never will.

Wish I could say I won the first week I joined, but I would feel kinda bad if I did. I think there should be a mininum like 30 days of being a member and 30 posts to win. I would not complain about that and I think everyone would think that is fair.
