I've seen a couple guys that have done it over the years, usually ones on the regional tour. Not anybody that bowls just local stuff.
This idea popped into my head not long ago. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried this. Getting the same 4 balls and setting them up with 4 different layouts. Plus you can set it up with the pin above, below, left and right of the fingers. Don't forget to throw in different surface treatments on each ball.
It would be interesting to see how the same ball would work with these different treatments. I would like to try it but my wife has no sense of adventure.
I wonder if they tried that on talkbowling.com with Tony Ruocco and John Congdon. Anyone here think about this ever?
