Yes.
So I started out by basically spinning or chicken winging the ball. Then I went to a completely straight up the back of the ball by lifting with the fingers. Then I thought I had magically figured it all out how to get side turn by turning my wrist, using a open the door knob motion.. that seems completely wrong now.. useable but not right. Now I'm back to lifting with fingers up the back of the ball but driving with the middle finger and on video it unconsciously looks like I'm turning the ball and getting that look people on TV do. Getting side rotation too (PAP pointed toward the left back corner).
So when they say early turn, what are they referring to specifically?
Yes.

It basically means instead of your hand being behind the ball as it passes your leg on the downswing, it's on the side of it. When I was first learning to throw a hook I did this. Kept throwing it that way until a few months ago when I started really studying up and analyzing my own game. Now I stay behind the ball thru my entire swing and use my fingers to turn the ball - much easier to do and now my speed is back up where it should be instead of 2-3 MPH slower.
If your referring to early turn of the wrist, it means that you are rotating the wrist prematurely instead of as you release.
Ok, so you have recorded video of yourself bowling, but you refuse to upload it for people to help you... that makes sense.

Early turn refers to those that turn their wrist or fingers and do so too early in the downswing. Also lifting too soon would fall into the same category. The motion is correct but happening too early to give the desired effect.

I didn't put the bullet in the furnace, and stop talking about my arm swing
I still have the issue of the hand being inside the ball in the backswing, but outside the ball much before the release.
I'll have to fix that when my arm heals so I can use the wrist to rotate at the release.
At least my dropping issue is gone, and I can keep the HRR on one lane.
ahhh turning it at the top of the arm swing. That makes more sense. I don't think I have that problem but I need to keep it conscious. Also I am losing my wrist position through the down swing and I neeeed more revs.
