What brand is your newest ball and what did it cost?

My newest ball that I bought not long ago was the Hammer Blue Hammer. The cost of the ball with fingertip grips, a balance hole and the highest taxes in the Union-Illinois of course-which came out to $13.00 came to a total of $172.00. Oh! Also the cost of drilling the holes for the fingers. Some of the bowling balls when you start getting into the resin asymetric stuff and add your fingertip grips and your thumb hole slug and custom layout can ring the bell for over $250.00 I would imagine. We're talking some big money if you buy two or three balls at one time plus a roller bag and shoes. It's hard to get the money if your wife is the banker. But honey, you can't get a good ball for a low price.

My newest is my Motiv Primal Impulse that I bought off of my teammate for $75, our guy that drills our stuff replugged the thumb, because I have a larger span than he does, but didn't need to do anything to the fingers.

The first ball with a hook that I bowled with was an Ebonite Vortex III TPS. So, I suppose, in essence, I started with Hammer early. I had a Particle Vicious before my Taboo.
