I would assume it is like a regular resume but just stating all bowling accomplishments instead of your work experience?
You always here of people winning tournaments and the announcers saying "he can add such and such title now to his resume"

Yes, very similar to a professional resume. Making it as professional as possible is always advised. Listing all tournament titles and honor scores and any special awards are the usual suspects on a bowling resume.
If you are planning on making one and sending it to a bowling company you will definitely need to include the reasons as to why you would be in a good position to sell their equipment. Whether you work in a pro shop or bowling alley, are a coach, or work in marketing as a profession it should be noted in detail so the people reviewing it can understand how you would help their company.
Also, you will need to make a video resume to accompany the written one.

Video of you bowling. A bowling company wants to see your physical game and what kind of bowler you are. Without it, they have no idea if you are going to be a good billboard for them.
