    yeah my borthe rhas been a 2 handed bowler since we first stared bowling and right know i got more revs and speed then my brother my brother only throws at 15-16mph with abit of revs and i throw at 19mph with about 450-500 rev rate

    I was watching a video about how to calculate pap and all that jazz, and is the only way to calculate rev rate by taking a vid and slowing it down and counting revs?

    Yes that's pretty much it if you want to know your revs.

    Right handed Stroker, high track ,about 13 degree axis tilt. PAP is located 5 9/16” over 1 3/4” up.Speed ave. about 14 mph at the pins. Medium rev’s.High Game 300, High series 798
