Well I had 740 this week in league - My injuries new are getting better and my new Roto Grip Disturbed is working very well a - I am very impressed with this ball.
My games were 257+256+227=740 - only 2 open frame this week..

Bowled 177, 188, 221 last night. Changing from using a full on robot arm to just a wrister brace. Think Ill stick with the wrister intil my wrist is strong enough to go without.

very odd evening for me, 188-130-215 for 533 total to end up pretty much exactly on my tuesday average. That second game was absolutely terrible though.

back from the bowling allie was practicing my spares so did 5 games.

1st game- i was practicing 10pins.
2nd game-i was practicing 7pins.
3rd game-i was practicing 9pins
4th game-i was practicing 8pins.

so mostly i did the back row but in the 5th game i did a game and i ended with a 225.

Wednesday Church League:

Left-handed, THS

163, 159, 179

Missed ten spare attempts, most of them on the right side. Made everything on the left except for a 2-7 split.
