    Default looking for some tips

been bowling about a year now but had to stop for 6 months due to a knee op (so technically only 6 months lol)
this is how i bowl now, shot on fresh oil standard house pattern. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXc9B...=youtube_gdata

    this is how i used to bowl (this shot was a bone dry lane) <object width="1280" height="720"><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true"></param><param name="movie" value="http://www.facebook.com/v/1907176678696"></param><embed src="http://www.facebook.com/v/1907176678696" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="1" width="1280" height="720"></embed></object>

do you think my form has improved at all? any tips on what i can improve on? we have no coaches in this area so been trying to figure it out as i go along.

Holy cow! Your form has improved tremendously. One thing I would suggest to do next; keep your balance foot on the floor as much as possible. It makes it easier to keep and maintain your balance at the line. The better your balance the more accurate you can be.
