Default There are 5 drilling layouts for the Blue Hammer but........

in each layout there are 3 sub-set settings. For example drilling #1-standard layout the three sub-sets are low track, medium track and high track. So after you figure out which layout is for you how do you know what setup you want for a low, medium or high track? And I thought that things were settled when the pro shop settled on a layout for me. Could the pro shop tell you which of the three tracks would work best for you or is it just guess work? How do you find out if you are a low, medium or a high track bowler? The setup of a ball gets more complex the more I find out about it. Anyone here know the answer?

Roll the ball and see how far the oil track is from your fingers and thumb holes. High track the line is less than 1" from the holes. Medium track is 1-3" and low track is over 3" from the holes. It is used to estimate a bowlers axis tilt. The higher the track the lower the tilt. The lower the tilt the easier it is for the ball to "read" the lane. Axis tilt is controlled by where the thumb exits the ball.
