The answer to question #1 is that the numbers are all in alphabetical order.
The answer to #2 is the chicken because God created the chicken first
The answer to #3 is a nonsense question because there is no such thing as 1/2 half of a hole unless you are looking for a crrect depth.

If you figure 10holes, 10 guys 10 days, I see that as each guy is digging a hole and it is completed in 10 days. Which means for one guy to dig half a hole it will take 5 days.

You did not define the size of the hole but that does not matter as you defined that it takes a 10 guys 10 days to get their 10 holes. So sticking to the uniformity of your question of 10 10 10 I would say each hole has to be the same depth.

by that logic there were egg's on the earth before the modern day chicken

however..... who said i was being uniform? for all you know, on day one they could spend 5 minutes and on day 2 they spend 24 hours, all i stated was it took a total of 10 days for 10 men to dig 10 holes, nowhere in there did i state that each hole took the same amount of time to dig.

Well you didn't mention that the holes were differing in size, so I take that as they are all the same. You also didn't mention the time they worked in the ten days. And if it took 10 days to dig 10 holes by 10 men, then I am assuming 10 days worth of work. So assuming 8 hours (average hours worked by people per day) of work a day, and 10 days for 80 total hours....... What I am trying to get here is that people assume things when they are not told exacts.

Be ready to be very exact in the real world.
