You have 4 shotglasses. Two are empty and two have liquid in them. For the purposes of this thread, a full glass will be represented by this: |*| and an empty one will be represented by this: |_|. They are currently arranged as follows:

    |*| |*| |_| |_|

Touching ONLY ONE SHOTGLASS, arrange the shotglasses like so:
    |*| |_| |*| |_|

And yes, this can be done.
just move the first one to the last one,

    lol in all kidding aside,
just switch the 2nd one with the 3rd one and woolah

Well without all the details you have to assume. The point I am getting at is without the correct details there are multiple answers.

Can you guess I work with a bunch of engineers?
    Equipment:
Motiv: Forza, Forza Redine, Venom Shock, Tag
    Storm: Sky Rocket
    Track 100P Spare Ball

    To be drilled: Motiv Jackal

    not at all lol!

an engineer should NEVER assume anything! "o this beam will hold" Breaking news: beam breaks killing millions......

don't ever make assumptions, if you don't know something for certain ask questions and test to figure it out.
