Default So, was this a good move..?

Alright. I had a speed problem last night. I don't know why but I was throwing in my normal form but I could not keep my ball speed under 16.5mph. So, I decided, maybe moving a board/board and a half right maybe that will help. Threw the same line, a board right, and it worked. Are there any other ways to help with speed..?

moving right won't slow you down, but will get the ball to react better if you are throwing too fast. I find the easiest way to slow yourself down is to move a half step closer to the foul line. This get you to take smaller steps, and therefore slows you down. Otherwise, try lowering the ball on your push away. Some poeple push the ball straight out from their chest, they can slow the ball speed down by pushing it out at more of a 75 degree angle instead of 90 degrees. Best of luck!

Adjusting speed is my last resort. Whatever speed feels good that night is what I try to stay at so I will move first. I hinge so to decrease speed I have to start higher than normal.
