    Good video. I would suggest getting the ball closer to your slide foot at your release point. I would also try to get the ball more in line with your head at the release. You will be surprised at how this effects you balance during your follow-through.

    Stop bending your elbow. Swing straight back without curling your wrist to the outside of the ball. That is the extreme of early turn. Most turn on the downswing, you turn on the backswing.
    Fix the swing and release as jay said above and you will gain 30 pins on your average.

    It's hard to tell from the video, but it sounded like your ball wasn't hitting the pins very hard. Are you sure that you don't have too much side roll? Too much can cause the ball to burn up all of its energy before getting to the pins, resulting it soft hits, poor carry, and inconsistent hook.
