The thing to remember about reactive resin is that its a broad term, the difference between a nightmare and a slingshot is not just the core, they have different cover stocks. you can make a weak reactive resin cover stock like that on the Hammer Nail smoke and fire or a strong one like that on the HHR

Then you can get into Solids Pearls and Hybrid reactive Coverstocks.... its not as simple as you would think.

O and all covers start out with polyester, its what is then added that makes urethane, solid, hybrid, and pearl

While it is typically thought that reactive resin is stronger than urethane, there are exceptions to every rule.

Roto Grip Wrecker, Storm Tropical Breeze Hybrid, Storm Natural Pearl, Ebonite Cyclone and Hammer Blue Hammer. The Blue has five different layouts so it can be adjusted to a lane condition you will use it on. Plus like all other balls you can hit it with a surface adjustment. So they all can be adjusted for more or less hook.
